SHIPPING and DELIVERIES

Products are shipped within 5-7 working days of your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you. The product will be shipped directly to your door by Nationex.

 

PICK-UP

We also offer free pick-up at our workshop in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, Quebec. Pick-ups require an appointment.

 

RETURN POLICY

For any return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of reception of the product. Product must be in its original condition.  We will send a return number and prepare for a pick-up.

MAINTENANCE

All wooden components are carefully coated with linseed oil to protect the wood and give it a vibrant aspect. Within several months, the wood may start to tarnish. Simply procure linseed oil at your local hardware store and apply a quick coat to return the wood to its original condition.
